Yeah, he is a dragon - or at least, he claims to be - but he's lacking those truly draconic features. He can't breathe fire or fly, but he manages to stay true to his belief still, and that's probably what's most important - even if he is a bit of a coward.
He's an original character with, so far, no name. Coloured on top of the sketch (a technique I'm feel I'm gonna be using a lot!) in PSCS2.
